We are about to start a search for a sales leadership individual, to lead a Utility Scale PV Business unit in Europe, that is growing extensively. /p pWith them currently being leaders in the Commercial and Domestic market, now is the time to really hit the pedal within the Utility market. /p pThey are players, but not leaders. That needs to change. With a small team in place we now need the Chief to fully lead the operation. /p h3Below is an outline of what we need: /h3 ul liUndertake deep market research for strategy refinement and business planning /li liExecute a global plan to lead us to become the leader in the Utility scale market /li liWork closely with product teams to ensure the correct portfolio of products /li liFurther build and lead a world class team across Sales, and BD for the Utility scale market in Europe, couple a double digit team looking to double /li liFull control of commercial opportunities and business in the region /li liCoordination of commercial and technical project bids /li liUtilise knowledge of power and energy sector for business opportunities: grid operators, IPP, EPC, Energy projects etc.. /li liSecure and develop Large Scale PV projects in local regions /li liLead a team that can design projects and make business proposals to the relevant parties /li liCommercial evaluation of new business /li liNegotiation of development, SPA, EPC, OM, PPA and project sales contract /li liMaintain excellent working relations with all parties /li liCoordinate internal and external support for sales, business development, project delivery, marketing and technical service /li /ul h3Key Requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 10 years of Utility scale solar experience, in an international environment /li liExperience of starting and/or leading a Utility scale BU /liliBusiness development and technical leadership experience /li liA background in securing MW solar projects across France and wider Europe /li liInternational exposure-working with cross boarder colleagues and customers /li liHighly driven and results orientated /li liStrong business acumen and communication skills /li liMust be customer focused and deliver service to customer /li liWillingness to travel- flexibility to travel /li liMust be professionally proficient in English /li /ul pPlease apply now or contact me directly for an initial discussion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
