The individual must be proactive in executing development steps and anticipating barriers to success.**Education Requirements**:BS Chemistry/Food Science/Nutrition/Engineering or in related scientific field with 1-3 years practical related experience in nutrition manufacturing.MS in Chemistry/Food Science/Nutrition/Engineering or in related scientific field.English - C1 (mandatory)**Significant Work Activities & Conditions**:Conduct batch manufacture of small pilot studies; ability to lift 50lbContinuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day).Analyze and interpret results and author recommendation reports with supervisory review as needed. Under supervision Conduct product shelf-life studies and provide technical justifications for the shelf-life.
