Organization and Department
You will join the Distributed & Mainframe Global Products department, responsible for delivering final products to AXA entities and supporting other product departments with high-quality services. Our team of over 220 professionals works in an agile environment, managing major transformation programs like One DataCenter and ATLAS, focusing on cloud solutions, IT optimization, and modernization.
Main Missions
* Support the Cloud Strategy by designing and delivering Infrastructure hosting platforms and facilitating migration to target platforms.
* Protect Core IT QoS through updates and decommissioning infrastructure.
* Drive migration of Technical Services to cloud platforms.
* Introduce AIOps to enhance ecosystem tools, including monitoring and incident management.
* Define Data Center strategies to optimize footprint and operational models.
* Transform the department into a global product-driven organization.
About The Job
Purpose and Main Missions: As a Global Service Owner for distributed managed OS, your main goal is to oversee all non-technical, service-oriented processes within an ITIL framework, ensuring end-to-end management of IT products.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage non-technical service processes aligned with ITIL/ITSM standards.
* Focus on QoS, process evolution, and operational design for managed OS teams.
* Serve as governance and escalation point to reduce MTTR, MTTA, MTTF, MTBF.
* Coordinate with operational support partners to ensure quality service delivery.
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and promote proactive communication, including trends like AI-Ops and automation.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
* Senior experience managing ITIL/Prosci environments, with knowledge of change management frameworks like ADKAR.
* Understanding of enterprise IT environments, especially Managed OS and Databases (Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL).
* Knowledge of legacy and current Operating Systems and Databases.
* Deep understanding of QoS frameworks and management.
* Advanced knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 Service delivery processes.
* Experience with ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change.
* Interest in cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or private data centers.
* Leadership skills to guide and mentor teams.
* Autonomous, team-oriented, and process-respectful working style.
* Interest in AI-Ops for operational support optimization.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in multicultural, distributed environments.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Customer-centric, result-oriented approach.
* Influencing skills and process analysis capabilities.
* Basic or advanced Power-BI development skills.
* Strong presentation skills, able to handle sensitive client issues.
