Key Responsibilities
* Lead the global Agentforce workstream, ensuring seamless AI integration across the full Lead-to-Cash Salesforce landscape.
* Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify, design, and validate use cases for AI-powered solutions within Salesforce.
* Launch and manage AI pilot initiatives to test business impact, scalability, and user adoption-focusing on features that can be expanded to other regions or business units.
* Ensure scalability and compliance of all solutions, balancing innovation with process governance and operational reliability.
* Collaborate closely with other Salesforce stream leads, including Marketing, Sales, After Sales and Revenue Operations, to embed Agentforce features into cross-functional solutions.
* Build business cases for proposed AI implementations, highlighting ROI, efficiency gains, and strategic impact.
* Stay ahead of AI and CRM trends, continuously evaluating how new Agentforce capabilities can support global business objectives.
* Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the adoption of AI across CRM processes, driving change in partnership with global and regional teams.
* Report to the Global Salesforce CoE to ensure all initiatives align with Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture, and governance standards.
