Descripción
Responsibilities
You will develop and be responsible for
analyses, reports and KPIs
to ensure and further develop data and process quality in the global IBP and S&OP process
You will design and develop
reporting and analytics solutions, ensure the functionality of the IBP system in the event of changes and work with common reporting tools (e.g. Excel, MicroStrategy, Snowflake)
You support business units and CDPs in reporting issues and are the first
point of contact for reports and analyses as part of the S&OP process
You will be involved in
projects along the S&OP process
and actively participate in the
Reporting & Analytics Committee
You will prepare overarching
business alignment formats
and support related
decision-making and reporting formats of the VCM Board
Profile
You have
successfully completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
You have
several years of professional experience in the reporting and analytics environment and have a basic understanding of sales and operations processes
You are familiar with common
analysis tools
such as MicroStrategy or Snowflake and KPI logics
You also have experience in
working on international projects
You like
working in complex processes and international projects,
you always xpzdshu think holistically and like to take on responsibility
You work cooperatively and team-oriented, incorporate different perspectives and create trust across divisional, national and hierarchical boundaries
Fluent in English
as well as
a willingness to travel internationally
