Monitor and manage business access networks (BA-Networks)
Act as a key contact point for customers, managing incidents, complaints, and analysis
Spanish: Mandatory | English: Hands-on with tools like Secure CRT, Putty, FTP, Netcool or Nagios
Basic MS Office proficiency; knowledge of Linux, BBDD, or ERP is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical or support role
Permanent contract
