We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Technology & IT Recruitment team in our Madrid office.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Madrid Technology division, you will focus on building and developing relationships across the Spanish and wider European technology market.

You will be responsible for:

* Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
* Winning and developing new business opportunities within the Technology & IT sector
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing and placing high-calibre technology professionals across contract and/or permanent markets
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development through to offer management and onboarding
* Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen technology market
* Collaborating with colleagues across our international network to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional client service

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in 360 recruitment, including business development
* Previous experience recruiting within the Technology / IT sector
* Experience working contract and/or permanent recruitment markets
* Strong commercial awareness and a professional approach
* A driven, resilient, and ambitious mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Fluent Spanish
