We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with experience in Salesforce to join our team at Omada.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support our sales and customer success teams by ensuring data quality, streamlining Salesforce processes, and providing the tools and support necessary for the team to achieve their goals. You will ensure the smooth functioning of our Salesforce platform, offer technical support to users, maintain data quality, and contribute to development projects that enhance our CRM and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for sales-related system issues, providing prompt and effective technical support to the sales organization.
* Monitor and clean Salesforce data regularly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records
* Assist in the execution of strategic development initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to drive successful implementation.
* Handle and prioritize incoming requests from the organization related to Salesforce changes, including configuration updates, report/dashboard creation, and user support.
Qualifications:
* Proven technical experience with Salesforce CRM system.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in technical support or sales operations is a plus.
* Familiarity with project work or cross-functional collaboration.
