Purpose of the role:
The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.
Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
* Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
* Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
* Stay informed about industry news and trends for timely prospecting
* Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to sales team needs
* Deliver a set of leads based on quarterly targets
* Provide weekly reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research
* Minimum education of 2nd year college or higher
* B2 level or higher in supported market language
* English C2 level
* Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Skills and attributes:
* Ability to work autonomously and report progress daily
* Strategic thinking and trend awareness
* Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
* Experience with reports, databases, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
* Highly organized, able to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Benefits:
