We are looking for a Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
* Draft and review legal and contractual documentation for projects and other departmental needs (e.g., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).
* Identify risks within legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and propose mitigation measures.
* Negotiate, draft, and oversee agreements related to tenders such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, and contracts related to EPC, O&M, concessions, PPA, and energy purchase agreements.
* Advise on company acquisitions.
* Prepare legal filings and procedures, and provide court and extrajudicial assistance.
Requirements:
* Law degree.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
* Previous experience in corporate legal advisory.
* High level of English (C1), both spoken and written.
* French B2 preferred.
* Proficiency in Office suite, ideally advanced level.
