Job Overview
The primary goal of this role is to influence customers to adopt contact lenses by creating new users and shifting the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and business owners from passive to proactive.
This involves analyzing businesses for opportunities, understanding customer needs, and developing strategies to execute joint business plans (JBP) within key accounts (KAs).
* Analyzing businesses to identify growth opportunities.
* Influencing customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
* Understanding the unique needs of independent optometrists, buying groups, and retail chains.
* Developing and executing JBP within KAs to drive sales growth.
* Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
* Becoming an expert in CooperVision's Misight category, including its features and benefits.
* Covering territory according to customer segmentation and following established sales processes.
* Nurturing strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Negotiating price increases as needed.
* Providing exceptional value to the team and being a collaborative team member.
* Staying up-to-date on CooperVision programs and initiatives.
* Completing administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
