Sales Representative (Spain Market)

Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted vertical segments, focusing on products, services, and solutions.
* Communicate effectively with decision-makers and influencers.
* Drive sales results with end users and channel partners.
* Address customer and industry requirements with relevant stakeholders (Product & Software, Services, Marketing).
Qualifications:
* Experience in the access control industry, including sales of electronic, electromechanical, mechanical products, and software solutions.
* Ability to build long-term relationships with end users and negotiate across multiple stakeholder levels (Operations, Security, Maintenance, Finance).
* Proactive problem-solving skills, proposing alternative solutions (sales, technical, reports, quotations).
* Familiarity with international environments and communication/reporting methods.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; basic knowledge of French.
