Opportunities and Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will lead Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage timelines, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, track progress, mitigate risks, drive continuous improvement, ensure stakeholder alignment, maintain documentation, and support change management.
Skills and Attributes
* Strong leadership and project‑management skills in Agile environments.
* Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
* Excellent facilitation & coaching abilities.
* Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
* Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills.
* Effective communication in English and Italian.
* Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones.
* Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
* Commitment to continuous learning and Agile innovation.
Qualification Requirements
* Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global environments.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and project delivery.
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data solutions.
* Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
* Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2 levels).
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
* Experience with AI‑driven project management tools.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile delivery.
