brWe are looking for an expert in email design and development, with a strong visual sensitivity and a results-oriented mindset, to join our team as a Email Design Specialist – CRM for both MotoGP and WorldSBK brands. Your mission will be to create commercial and transactional email templates that are visually attractive, technically robust, and optimised for conversion across all major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) You will work closely with CRM, design, and product teams in a dynamic environment focused on personalisation, analysis, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who combines email and image design with analytic and strategic vision with an analytic and strategic vision —someone who sees email design not just as a visual medium but as a powerful tool for impact and conversion at Dorna.

brDesign and build responsive commercial and transactional emails aligned with brand identity and conversion goals, applying best email marketing practices.
brCreate and adapt images using Adobe Photoshop for email use, applying best email marketing practices in every design piece.
brDevelop templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud : using HTML and CSS
brPropose and implement A/B tests on content, design, or subject lines, and analyse results within a continuous improvement process.
brAnalyse key performance metrics (OR, CTR, CTOR, conversions, etc.) Conduct visual and functional tests and resolve rendering bugs or inconsistencies
brSkilled in Adobe Photoshop and Figma for preparing optimised email images, designs and templates.
brUnderstanding principles and best practices as applied to email marketing design.
brMinimum of 2–3 years of proven experience designing and coding commercial and transactional marketing emails.
brProficient in HTML and CSS for email, including responsive design.
brUnderstanding of UX/UI principles as applied to email design.
brKnowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio.
brExperience in running and analysing A/B tests.
brAnalytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
brOrganised and able to work in multidisciplinary, agile teams.
brFluent in English (minimum B2) and Spanish (this is an international company). Experience with automation and customer journeys in Salesforce.
brExperience working with motorsports or other sports brands.
brKnowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards applied to email marketing.
brFamiliarity Jira and Confluence
