Business Development Representative - German Speaker (Barcelona-Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets
* Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities
* Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach
* Engage with decision-makers and assess business needs
* Match customer challenges with suitable digital solutions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
* Contribute to individual and team KPIs such as productivity and conversion rates
Requirements
* Native-level German and fluent English
* Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development
* Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working with targets in a phone-based sales environment
* Good general IT skills and confidence using CRM tools
* Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs
* Goal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset
* Experience in cold calling and managing account portfolios
* Exposure to IT or digital solutions sales and understanding of the local business environment are considered a plus
