In this role you own and evolve SAP S/4HANA solutions for Manufacturing and Logistics within Amadeus Airport Operations. You act as Product Manager for the SAP portfolio, ensuring end-to-end delivery and alignment with business needs while coordinating internal and external teams. You lead design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, driving standardized, integrated processes and continuous improvement. You collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver on-time, on-budget value and to manage risk.

• Define, deliver, and maintain SAP S/4HANA applications for Manufacturing (Industrial and Field Operations) and Logistics using WM, TM, PP, and QM
• Act as Product Manager for the SAP solutions portfolio, owning end-to-end delivery and alignment with business needs
• Coordinate daily activities of the SAP solution team (internal and external) using agile ways of working
• Manage problem resolution, risk management, and relationships with third-party providers to support project success
• Lead solution identification with internal customers to propose standardized, integrated processes and tools
• Validate detailed requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations
• Lead functional design with Airport Operations stakeholders and assess impacts on processes and tools
• Oversee solution construction, customization/development, end-to-end testing, UAT, and training materials
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with regular communication to business partners
• Provide ongoing application support and drive continuous improvement to increase stability and efficiency
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a multinational environment leading IT Manufacturing and Logistics systems across multi-site operations
• Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations in a consulting or delivery role
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing and Logistics business processes
• Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA: WM, TM, PP, QM (and related modules)
• Working knowledge of SAP Finance and Logistics integration (FI, CO, Product Costing, MM, SD) desirable
• Basic understanding of ABAP, SAP S/4HANA data models, and HANA concepts
• Proven experience managing SAP projects and leading teams with strong delivery and coordination skills
• Excellent English (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage
