As Data Delivery Data Analyst, you coordinate global data delivery within the Data u0026amp; Analytics organization to ensure clean, usable data across markets. You lead data modeling, transformation, and visualization projects that enable business teams to extract insights and measure performance. You collaborate with stakeholders, capability owners, and technical teams to define KPIs and implement dashboards that support strategic decisions. You work to keep data delivery scalable, consistent, and high quality, driving continuous process improvements. This role offers a chance to shape data-enabled decisions at a general scale within a mission-driven pharmaceutical company.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, IT or Computer Science, Statistics or related quantitative discipline
• 5+ years in data management and/or data modeling
• 1+ years leading data projects
• Proven ability in Business Process Analysis and KPI definition
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, and data transformation skills
• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
• English full professional proficiency; additional languages a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Negotiation and influence across a matrix organization
• Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
