What will your responsibilities be as UX & Conversion Manager, Southern Europe?
Business Growth & User Experience Strategy
* Define the user experience vision and develop a roadmap that aligns user needs with business objectives across RBE (Burger King Spain, Burger King Portugal, Popeyes Spain and Popeyes Italy).
* Define the strategy for positioning elements, categories, assortment and upsell options across app, web and kiosks.
Experimentation & Conversion Optimization
* Design and lead UX/UI improvement initiatives with a strong focus on direct business impact across app, web and kiosks.
* Define, execute and analyze experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion flows by brand and country.
* Validate the impact of changes to key elements (structure, messaging, CTAs) on conversion and user behavior.
Experience, Usability & Accessibility
* Lead initiatives to evolve app, web and kiosks towards an immersive, personalized and differentiated experience.
* Ensure that web, app and kiosks are easy to use, accessible and provide a positive experience that builds user trust and retention.
* Conduct continuous benchmarking against leading retail, QSR and digital platform applications.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Analyze experimentation results, business metrics and user behavior to prioritize initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
* Leverage quantitative data (analytics, conversion rates, A/B testing) and qualitative insights (user research, surveys, feedback) to identify user pain points and conversion barriers.
Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with designers, developers, IT and Marketing teams to implement changes and improvements, ensuring alignment around user value and agreed business metrics.
* Coordinate with technical teams to prioritize and deliver improvements within the product and growth roadmap.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital, ecommerce or product environments, with proven execution of omnichannel strategies and initiatives.
* Advanced experience in UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
* Strong data analysis skills (Amplitude, Snowflake, BI tools, Excel or similar) and the ability to translate user behavior insights into actionable design improvements.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in parallel in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate the business value of UX improvements to technical and business stakeholders.
* High / fluent level of English (mandatory in an international environment).
