As a Senior Game Designer at Gameloft Barcelona, you will shape immersive gameplay systems for top racing titles, collaborating with art and development teams to prototype, document, implement, and refine features. You’ll balance difficulty, progression, and accessibility while driving creativity across cross-functional groups. The role offers a mission-driven, international environment with opportunities to influence live projects and future franchises. • Design gameplay mechanics and systems based on briefs
• Prototype, document, implement, and fine-tune features in-game

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of game design basics (3Cs, progression, UI, accessibility)
• Experience in gameplay systems design for PC/Console racing games
• Ability to concisely convey ideas and formalize complex concepts
• Proficiency with visual prototyping tools (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, Confluence, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Unity)
• Good documentation skills
• Passion for creating video games
• Knowledge of classic console and freemium mobile game market

• Good level of English
• Experience with multiplayer systems
• Racing fan or gamer
• High visual creativity
• UI skills
• Ability to draw sketches and create digital images/videos
