That’s where you come in.We’re looking for someone to lead the user experience design function. Your mission will be to take full ownership of this area of the product, laying the foundations, defining the vision, and leading future developments. From improving existing features to imagining new ones, this is your space to think, create, and grow.You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that believes design can make technology more human, which is especially important in healthcare.What You’ll DoYou’ll lead UX design, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Marketing teams to create user-centric experiences across our platform. You’ll manage our design system, improve usability, and support product marketing through impactful visuals and multimedia content.First Months ExpectationsDuring your first month :
You’ll explore our mission, understand how Tucuvi Health Manager (THM) is transforming care, and meet healthcare professionals across settings. You’ll audit the current design system and identify opportunities for improvement.By the end of month three :
You’ll contribute to the design system, work on UX improvements, and collaborate on new features from exploration to prototypes. You’ll also support marketing with visuals and multimedia content.After three months :
You’ll have a deep understanding of our context, lead the creation of new features, and evolve our design system focusing on scalability and clarity. Your work will impact user experience, trust, and adoption by clinical teams. You’ll also shape the product experience at Tucuvi. Building and evolving scalable design systems.Leading end-to-end UX processes.Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Marketing teams.Creating visual content supporting product marketing.Designing for AI-powered tools and workflows.Translating complex needs into clear experiences.Fluent in Spanish and English.Bonus :
