✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Strong experience in end-to-end quality and testing for complex, distributed systems, ideally involving both hardware and cloud-based digital services.
* Background with connected devices, IoT or hardware-dependent products, including connectivity, embedded firmware, and mobile applications.
* Proven ability to define and drive E2E quality strategies, including test scope, test approaches, and quality ownership across multiple teams and partners.
* Experience coordinating cross-team and partner testing, consolidating test strategies and reports into a single end-to-end quality view.
* Strong coordination, documentation and stakeholder management skills, able to bring clarity and alignment in fragmented environments.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G. AWS IoT), backend services, and mobile apps, and how they interact in a connected product ecosystem.
* Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken ;
additional languages are a plus in a global environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Define and own the end-to-end quality and testing strategy for connected machines and their digital ecosystem (machines, cloud services, mobile app, and customer support processes).
* Establish and document the E2E testing scope, test quality KPIs, and quality expectations, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals and clear ownership between digital teams, Machine R&D, and external partners.
* Coordinate the overall E2E testing scope across internal teams and external partners, reviewing their test strategies and reports and consolidating them into a single E2E quality view.
* Coordinate labs, equipment and inventory, ensuring availability, allocation and efficient usage of coffee machines required for E2E testing.
* Contribute from early phases of new machine and platform development, defining testing strategies for new ecosystems with a focus on testability, customer support, and maintainability (“quality by design”).
* Support change management and release decisions by providing E2E quality and risk assessments, integrating compliance and IT security considerations into the process.
* Collaborate closely with customer service and support teams, using field issues and customer feedback to continuously refine E2E test scenarios and improve digital quality.
* Define, track, and own key test and quality KPIs, such as FOTA success rate, pairing success rate and time, connectivity stability indicators, and E2E defect escape rate after release.
