We are looking for a unique blend of leadership, emotional intelligence and strategic acumen to guide and coach our team of 5 territory managers across Andalucía and Extremadura. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-potential region in the medical device industry.
This is a dynamic and strategic field position, which will allow you to grow your knowledge of medical devices and procurement mechanisms as well as elevate your leadership skills. A comprehensive 7-week technical training program and a leadership curriculum will help you strengthening your tools to succeed.
You will report to the Director of Field Implementation, and you will be in regular contact with international colleagues and management based in the Netherlands (our European Headquarters).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead with vision and Integrity
o Support and empower your team in both clinical (presence in the Operatory Room) and administrative excellence
o Set clear goals, provide mentoring and regular feedback, and foster continuous development
o Drive engagement through structured onboarding, training, and succession planning
* Drive Strategic Growth
o Analyze regional performance and provide accurate sales forecasting
o Navigate public (Concúrsos, Lícitiationces Públicas, SAS, SIGLO) and private (GPOs) procurement systems
o Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Tenders, Pricing, Product Specialist, Customer Service and more
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
o Deepen your expertise in surgical procedures and product applications
o Utilize key business indicators to inform strategic decisions.
What you bring
* Bachelor’s or University degree level
* At least 4 years of experience in medical device products in sales, clinical development or marketing roles
* Proven leadership experience with a coaching mindset
* Familiarity with SAS, SIGLO and regional procurement platforms
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
* Good oral and written communication skills in English
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently and complete 3 weeks of training in English in the Netherlands
* Based in Southern Spain
