OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D;, production and sales of passenger cars.
Main Responsibilities
Monitoring and Quality Control
- Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo & Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.
- Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.
- Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.
- Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.
- Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed.
- Collaborate with the HQ engineering departments to identify and implement solutions for technical problems.
- Stay up to date on product training to deliver best-in-class technical support.
- Check and translate technical manuals for dealers.
- Improve technical information and electrical schematics by reporting any issues found.
Requirements：
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automobile, and other related technical majors.
2. Have more than 3 years’ experience in technical support or distributor technical management. Approved strong technical level both in petrol and electricfied cars.
3. Use the circuit diagram and service manual.
4. Be familiar with the aftersales problem solution procedure, including but not limited to quality problem feedback, technical analysis.
5. Travel Requirements: Approximately 20%
6. Minimum English level B2+
