Responsibilities
Lead the
budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
processes for the Spanish business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop, monitor, and improve
KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and operational performance.
Support the business in digitising
and streamlining reporting and financial analysis, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making.
Prepare and present
management reports and analyses
for local leadership and corporate stakeholders.
Play an active role in the
financial integration of acquired companies, including reporting alignment, KPI setup, and performance tracking.
Conduct
financial due diligence and analysis
for M&A projects, identifying risks, opportunities, and potential synergies.
Collaborate on
strategic finance initiatives and process improvement projects
to strengthen the Business Control function.
Deliver
ad-hoc analysis and insights
to support leadership in strategic decisions.
