Our innovative solutions help customers optimize processes and improve water quality across industries. As we expand across EMEA, we’re searching for a Technical Sales Manager who is both technically savvy and commercially driven to help grow our presence.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales (EMEA), you will be responsible for:
* Driving new business and growing key accounts across EMEA
* Identifying and qualifying leads through outreach, events, and referrals
* Visiting customers and partners to build relationships and close deals
* Providing technical support, product demonstrations, and post-sale consultation
* Collaborating with internal engineering and product teams
* Maintaining relationships with OEMs, integrators, and distributors
* Influencing product development and helping shape Pyxis' growth in the region
What We Are Looking For
The following are requirements & preferences for the role:
* 5-10 years of experience in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering (preferably in Water Treatment or Industrial Automation markets)
* Based in Western Europe, willing to travel regularly
* Fluency in English REQUIRED;
additional fluency in French or German is highly desirable for effective communication across key markets
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience
* Strong technical understanding of Water Treatment Instrumentation
* Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
