Deja Tu Huella - Ophthalmology Medical Affairs and Integrated Portfolio Strategy InternTo be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. An 11‐month internship at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have the opportunity to receive on‐the‐job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attending in‐person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.

Our main location is Madrid. We are open to applications from all over Spain, but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to enjoy connection with colleagues, networking opportunities, and exposure to the organization.

Last but not least, you will receive mentorship from a Roche tutor who will provide continuous feedback to support your professional development. The mentors for the program are Roche's senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Main responsibilities as an internMedical

Collaborate within the iSquad alongside the team's medical experts on activities related to:

Medical pipeline plans (including vamikibart, satralizumab, PDP, among others)

Congress planning and coordination

TAE (Thought Leader/Therapy Area Expert) plans

Local iEP initiatives

Organization and coordination of medical education events and courses

Support the coordination of working groups with PJPs and the iSquad team to identify needs and collaborate with regional teams

Participate in cross‐functional initiatives and contribute to the follow‐up of strategic medical projects

Support communication and presentation of project updates within the team environment

Marketing

Support the preparation and review of promotional materials

Collaborate in the organization of events, campaigns, and product launches

Assist in monitoring digital activities, including web, social media, and e‐mailing initiatives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support departmental administrative activities, including database management and coordination with agencies

What are we looking for?Education

Graduates in Life Sciences or Health Sciences (preferred)

Strong scientific background

Research experience and/or scientific publications are considered a plus

Previous knowledge or exposure to marketing activities is valued

SkillsStrong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively. Strong communication skills, including the ability to present project updates in controlled environments. Advanced digital capabilities and interest in innovation.

International StudentsInternational students must have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
