The Lifestlye Marketing HQ department is looking for a Product Manager. The PM will manage the development of the existing/future fragrance products and campaigns for the brand.
What you’ll get to do
Marketing & Product Development
- Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations
- Participate on ideating concepts for new launches (visual moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.)
- Ensure smooth communication with agencies: mock-ups and design creation
- Support the teams during all steps of innovation development and validation meetings
- Coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (PR, digital, e-tailing, POS, training materials, activation)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CNP, packaging, buying department, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Content creation
- Participate in briefs elaboration for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.
- Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production
- Follow-up of campaign optimization and retouches
- Guarantee deadlines and project planning
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Education: University Degree or Master’s in business School, specialization in Marketing or design.
- Languages: English and Spanish mandatory
