TEAM LEADER | 3D ARTIST
Responsabilities and Qualifications
- Lead and manage a team of 3 or 4 3D artist:
1. Develop production schedules and assign tasks to team members.
* Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
* Provide constructive feedback and support the professional development of the team.
* Hold meetings with clients.
- Techincal skills:
1. Really impressive porfolio
* At least, 3-5 years experience working in a similar archiviz studio.
* Advanced knowledge of 3DStudio Max, Vray, Forest Pack, Railclone and Adobe Photoshop.
* Ability to produce both images and films.
* Good eye for image composition and lighting.
* Architectural background required.
* Research and apply new technologies and visualization techniques.
- Language skills:
1. Good communication in Spanish and English.
2. Good communication in French is appreciated.
- Soft skills
1. Ability to work on tight deadlines and underpressure.
2. Personal initiative and optimistic person.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
