IT SAP Manager – Multinational Company | Barcelona (Hybrid)
Hays Technology is partnering with a leading multinational company based in the province of Barcelona, currently undergoing a significant phase of digital and international expansion.
We are looking for an experienced IT SAP Manager to lead and grow the SAP team, drive global rollouts, and shape the company’s digital strategy across multiple business units.
Requirements :
* University degree or higher vocational training in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
* 8+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a proven track record in project and team leadership .
* Knowledge of ABAP and experience in international SAP projects is highly valued.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
* Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with a high level of English (C1) .
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead global SAP implementation and roll-out projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Manage and develop a high-performing SAP team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
* Define and execute the SAP and non-SAP digital strategy, supporting business transformation.
* Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
