You will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in Iberic markets, Italy and UK. You will develop and implement sales strategies and build strong relationships with key customers and partners. You will be the ambassador of Groupe Lemoine to our most valued customers. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strengthening our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets in Iberic markets, Italy and UK.Define long-term objectives (turnover, market share, etc.) and implement execution plans to achieve strategic goals.Propose, manage, and monitor sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Provide operational management of key customers and/or markets.
Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building strong and lasting relationships.Establish connections at different levels within customer organizations to foster strategic, tactical, and operational interactions.Respond effectively to customer requests and tenders, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability guidelines.Negotiate and establish competitive and profitable agreements.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, expectations, and business objectives.Proactively propose initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive mutual growth.
Business Intelligence:Monitor, analyze, and report on the external environment (competition, brands, markets, retailers, etc.).Collaborate with other departments and provide support to ensure informed decision-making.Feed the Category team with "bottom-up" learnings from the field.
Candidate Profile:Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the consumer goods industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to participate and/or conduct transversal projectsAbility to develop and execute effective sales strategies.Private label knowledgeExcellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customersSolid understanding of the retail landscape and consumer trendsLanguage: Spanish. Fluency in English. French is a plus
