This role provides an opportunity to influence how Amazon Music engages fans, artists, and creators on a global scale.
The Amazon Music EUANZ Brand team is looking for a Campaign Manager to manage brand in Amazon Music. You will own strategic planning, management, oversight, and tracking of cross-channel marketing campaigns for Amazon Music, including Mass-Ads and Partnerships (internal or external). You will advise on media investment to build relevant plans to reach priority targets and consult with social teams on content creation.
The Brand team aims to build strong relationships with Amazon partner teams to deliver a unified entertainment offer, driving collaborations with teams such as Prime Video, Audible, Amazon Fashion, Retail, etc. You will develop an acute understanding of our brand positioning and ensure tenets and best practices are applied to campaigns delivered throughout the year. You will work with a cross-functional team and a wide range of internal stakeholders, including our Head of Brand & Strategic Partnerships, Head of Social, Industry Relations, Go-to-Market, Product, PR, Media, Creative Studio, International, Regional and Executive leadership, as well as external creative, social and media agencies. This is an individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities
* Work with internal partner teams to deliver cross-functional integrations on priority projects
* Oversee the execution and implementation of Brand Partnerships deliverables, including creative RFPs, project tracking, development of marketing assets & experiential (if applicable), measurement and reporting, in line with the Global Partnerships Strategy
* Manage campaigns and programs end-to-end including briefing, budgeting, development of media plans, content planning, creative assets, marketing plans (including organic social media), production, distribution, tracking, and more. Create documentation for campaigns and make these available to relevant teams
* Build clear, distinctive, and category-defining brand campaigns that drive top of mind awareness and interest in Amazon Music across EU/ ANZ
* Work with Measurement, Analytics and Insights team to deepen tracking and evaluate & report on the performance of campaigns
* Lead project status meetings to ensure both local and global stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and goals for marketing campaigns (set the agenda, create and send out minutes/documentation, follow up with team members on action points)
* Work closely with internal and external creative production partners and our media agency to set and safeguard production delivery timelines
* Communicate with the global brand team on shared priorities and attend relevant global meetings
A day in the life
A typical day will consist of project management tasks to ensure advancement of campaigns you have ownership over, including but not limited to full-funnel brand campaigns, paid social creator campaigns, cross-functional projects with strategic Amazon partners. Your day will usually involve a balance of personal work time and group meetings with the local Music Industry and Marketing teams as well as Global partners.
About the team
The EUANZ Brand & Strategic Partnerships team operates as a full-funnel marketing team, driving both upper funnel awareness and brand perceptions as well as lower funnel impact for Amazon Music. It does so by managing brand campaigns, local brand insights and ensuring Music is integrated with our Amazon strategic partners (Prime, Alexa/Echo, Prime Video, Fashion).
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in professional non-internship marketing
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written English (equivalent to Common European Framework of Reference C1/C2)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
* Experience working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring brand promise to life
* Experience in the entertainment industry, including its customs and practices
