In our Production Department, we have a vacancy: Shift Factory Manager
Your mission will be: Manage shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over personnel and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Organize, manage, and train the packaging personnel on your shift.
* Supervise and directly oversee the work of personnel on your shift.
* Record personnel movements for productivity and payroll management.
* Ensure operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment.
* Maintain order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.
* Ensure safety of personnel and facilities.
* Guarantee product quality and perform certain quality controls.
* Manage breakdowns immediately and coordinate with Maintenance.
* Maintain an overview of the process and interdepartmental relationships.

Minimum qualifications:
* Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (or equivalents).
* Leadership and team management skills (mandatory).
* Strong social and communication skills, proactivity, and initiative.
* Analytical abilities.
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, including team management.
