The Opportunity

- Consistent daytime hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

- Salary range $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience

Role Summary
As a Parts Advisor, you will support internal service operations and external customers by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. You will serve as a key partner to the Service and Body Shop teams while delivering professional, efficient customer service at the counter and over the phone.
What You’ll Own
- Assist customers, technicians, and vendors in a professional and timely manner
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate parts information and availability
- Coordinate closely with Service and Body Shop teams to support repair workflows
- Order, receive, unpack, and properly store parts to maintain availability and organization
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support perpetual inventory controls
- Process payments, credits, warranties, core returns, and parts returns
- Utilize dealership systems and vendor platforms to manage parts operations efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and stockroom
What We’re Looking For
- Body Shop or Dealership Parts experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Familiarity with systems such as ProfitNet, CDK, GM Integral, and LKQ is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Automotive dealership service experience strongly preferred
- Automotive or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
