In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Liebherr's new Madrid IT Service Center, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and IT security roles. You will partner with the HR4IT team in Germany and Spain, local HRBP, and the Spain Shared Service Center to build a strong talent pipeline. - End-to-end management of the recruitment process: job ads, pre-screening, interviews, and offer management
- Stakeholder management with management and hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights
- Active sourcing and talent attraction for SAP S/4HANA and IT security roles
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience as the first point of contact
- Strategic collaboration with the HR4IT Talent Acquisition teams in Germany and Spain to align recruiting strategies

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in a (senior) Recruiter role
- Experience in IT and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proactive, xugodme hands-on mindset with responsibility and process co-design abilities
- Cultural competence for diverse, international environments
- Fluent in English and good Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus
