Google Ads Expert (US Hours)
We're looking for a Senior Search Team Lead to join our growing digital marketing team.
You'll be responsible for leading client success, ensuring campaign excellence, and driving measurable growth across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with clients during US business hours
* Oversee and review Google Ads accounts to maintain top performance and adherence to best practices
* Develop and implement growth strategies across Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping
* Conduct account audits, performance reviews, and optimization checks
* Strategize and execute demand generation campaigns for white-collar lead generation and eCommerce clients
* Proactively address client questions, performance concerns, and opportunities for improvement
* Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, reliable reporting, and consistent results
* Support and guide team members to maintain high-quality campaign delivery
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing Google Ads for both eCommerce and B2B/lead generation clients
* Strong understanding of demand generation, conversion optimization, and paid media funnels
* Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Experience leading a small team or managing multiple client accounts
* Google Ads Certification preferred
