To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Manager. In this role, you will primarily focus on leading and executing Unobravo's international SEO strategy, working closely with the Senior SEO Manager. You will also support exploring complementary growth opportunities beyond traditional SEO. Your work will directly contribute to increasing our organic visibility, improving search performance, and uncovering innovative tactics to extend our reach across digital ecosystems.Responsibilities include:
Drive International SEO:
Implement SEO strategies for international marketsOptimize keyword coverage and content strategy across languagesIdentify market-specific SEO improvements and opportunitiesLead technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on fixesMonitor search performance, identify issues and wins across marketsBuild data-driven SEO roadmaps for page types, templates, and user journeysDefine scalable content strategies with prioritization frameworksCollaborate with content and product teams to publish SEO-optimized contentMonitor internal linking, indexation, and crawl healthExplore and identify new Organic Growth Opportunities:
Identify, evaluate, and scale new organic growth channels (e.G., app stores, social, communities)Conduct experiments in emerging platforms and ecosystemsPartner with brand, design, and content teams to support channel-specific assetsUse Gen AI tools or workflow automation to speed up organic growth execution and experimentationCollaborate and Align with Stakeholders:
Work with paid, data, and brand teams to align SEO with broader marketing initiativesCoordinate with platform owners, developers, and content leads to ensure implementation and alignmentDefine SEO KPIs, track performance, and present insights to stakeholdersIdeal candidate profile:
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in content and technical areasAbility to drive SEO initiatives from analysis through execution and iterationComfort using data to prioritize, strategize, and communicate impactStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsFamiliarity with Gen AI tools and automation workflowsExperience with international websites or multiple languagesBonus skills:
Experience with non-SEO organic channels (growth loops, communities, ASO)Experience conducting experiments or testing new content formats or channelsKnowledge of written and spoken ItalianWHAT WE OFFER
