About your mission - Make an impact
Hi We are the FireFly frontend team We are responsible for key site sections such as the home page, main menu, market pages, and symbol pages. These are the first elements users see when visiting TradingView, so they must load quickly, be user-friendly, and visually attractive.
We need a QA Lead who not only ensures the absence of bugs but also focuses on UX and process improvements.
How You'll Drive Success
* Participate in forming product requirements: review mockups and documentation, check UX issues early.
* Conduct manual frontend testing and verify final product quality before release.
* Develop and maintain test documentation.
* Manage and mentor QA engineers: onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
* Enhance and maintain automated tests.
* Improve testing processes, introduce best practices, and optimize workflows.
* Participate in hiring and onboarding new QA engineers.
What Makes You The Perfect Fit
* 5+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
* Leadership or mentoring experience within a QA team.
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
* Experience with Browser DevTools, Jira, and Confluence.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
* Experience in usability testing and data adequacy assessment.
* Experience with automation testing frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
* Knowledge of Test Management Systems such as TestRail or Allure.
Additional Advantages
Understanding of accessibility principles (A11Y) and experience with tools like WAVE, Axe. Experience in fintech or related industries. Knowledge of TradingView is a plus, and we also value users who become teammates
