About the role
We are partnering with a leading European financial services company building a new innovation hub in Madrid. They are looking for a
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
with strong .NET expertise, a passion for AI, and proven leadership in technical delivery.
You will help shape the next generation of AI-driven advisory tools, supporting financial advisors with intelligent assistants that automate complex tasks and improve decision-making.
What you'll do
Architect and develop scalable web applications using
C# and modern .NET frameworks
Build AI-driven features using
LLMs and AI agents
Lead technical decisions and contribute to product direction
Apply advanced
prompt engineering
to optimise AI behaviour
Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Mentor and support other engineers, driving best practices and quality standards
What we're looking for
~5 years of professional software development experience
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science
Expert in
C# and .NET
Experience with
AI tools
(GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI agents)
Strong understanding of AI concepts (RAG, prompt engineering, agents)
Fluent English (written and spoken)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex logic
Proven experience leading technical projects or mentoring teams
Nice to have
Experience in fintech or financial services
