As a Mid QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test suites that validate software conformance to defined acceptance criteria, design documentation, and application standards.The Mid QA Automation Engineer will work closely with Business Analysts and Development Teams across various projects, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and control processes, while actively contributing to their ongoing development and improvement. Reports on test run results are expected to help identify problematic areas and provide status updates for business stakeholders.Responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and implementing automated, functional, and non-functional validation solutions.Creating, analyzing requirements, and executing manual test cases.Maintaining test documentation and reporting defects.Identifying, analyzing, and reporting overall test status and results, including defects/issues to the project team.Preparing test data and ensuring the health of testing environments.Providing task estimates for automated tests and reporting any variances to the Project Manager.Participating in bug triage processes and maintaining the test automation knowledge base.Requirements:
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.Hands-on experience with functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA and automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver.Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming & Java, and experience with version control systems like GIT or SVN.Understanding of HTTP, REST architecture, and testing against endpoints.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Windows and Mac OS.Experience testing desktop applications, including those based on Windows, Microsoft 360, and Google Docs.CCC is a leading information solutions provider, advancing copyright, knowledge, and innovation through data, AI, and machine learning.
