Act as the primary HR contact for both sites, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
Implement and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet business needs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure payroll accuracy by coordinating with finance and payroll teams.
Handle administrative HR tasks, including contract management, benefits administration, and reporting.
Initiate, lead, and support HR projects that arise from the divisional People Plan.What you will bring along the way:
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Native Spanish and excellent command of English (C1).
Strong knowledge of Spanish labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice-To-Have:
Knowledge of additional EU languages other than English and Spanish.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with an understanding of the unique HR challenges and opportunities within this sector.
