Your mission:Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL's rapid growthWork cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challengesLead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion
We're looking for someone who:Is currently studying or finishing a degree in Engineering or Management, with strong analytical skills (Excel is essential) and a hands-on execution mindsetCommunicates clearly and effectively across different teamsSpeaks fluent Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus
