Role Overview
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and help us scale our Sales & Advertising department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top commercial talent within the CTV, AdTech, and Digital Advertising ecosystem. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with leadership to build strong, high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Sales & Advertising roles across Commercial, Business Development, and AdTech/CTV functions, ensuring strong alignment with business needs and hiring priorities.
Proactively source and engage top‑tier talent, including passive candidates, using advanced headhunting techniques across digital advertising, media, and connected TV ecosystems.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Drive efficient, high‑quality hiring delivery, managing multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong quality‑of‑hire outcomes.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in fast‑paced environments.
Strong experience hiring sales, advertising, commercial, or business development profiles within the CTV, media, or digital advertising industries.
Solid experience in sourcing and headhunting passive talent through a variety of channels and techniques.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Business mindset and results‑driven approach.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
