Yor Role : you will get to know the multiple aspects within the Department of Human Resources giving support to the Pharmaceutical site based in Mollet del Vallès (Barcelona) : Contact with ETT's, Headcount follow-up, plant absenteeism follow-up, mutual contact.
Who you are:
- Master's degree in Psychology or Labour Relations or ADE or similar
- Outstanding academic performance
- First practical experience via internships
- High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
- Fluency in English
- Based in Barcelona
- Preferred having your own car
