We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Marketing Manager (Junior–Mid Level) to support and gradually take ownership of the company’s digital marketing and communications activities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience who is ready to grow, develop strategic skills, and evolve into a people and channel manager over time.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and the Digital Specialist, contributing to key initiatives across digital channels, content, and campaigns, while progressively gaining more responsibility and strategic exposure.
This role combines execution, coordination, and learning, offering a clear development path towards a more senior marketing management position.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives (brand visibility, positioning, and lead generation).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform campaigns and content.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the annual corporate communications plan.
- Brand & Digital Presence
- Help maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints, ensuring a coherent tone of voice and visual identity.
- Coordinate content and messaging across digital and institutional channels to ensure a unified brand narrative.
- Support brand visibility initiatives such as content campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Key Functions
- Email Marketing & Automation
Design, execute, and optimise the company’s email marketing strategy, including segmentation, lead nurturing workflows, and newsletters, ensuring campaigns drive engagement and support commercial goals.
- Analysis, Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Monitor the performance of the corporate website and digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying optimisation opportunities and supporting data‑driven decisions.
- Content & Web Support
Assist with the creation, editing, and proofreading of key marketing and corporate materials in Spanish and English (press releases, presentations, case studies, white papers, website copy). Support ongoing website updates, SEO efforts, and coordination with technical teams.
- Support for Other Marketing Activities
Provide support across broader marketing and communications initiatives, including event coordination (conferences, workshops, networking activities), media and partner relations (sponsorships, deliverables), and internal communication efforts aimed at strengthening team alignment and brand consistency.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
- High proficiency in English is essential (ideally C1/Proficiency, minimum B2 Upper‑Intermediate). Spanish: Advanced proficiency, demonstrating excellent comprehension and writing abilities for creating contextually accurate and engaging content.
- Strong team player, highly organised, proactive, resourceful, results‑driven, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity and practical experience with the following tools is highly valued:
- Email Marketing & Automation: Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Analytics & Metrics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Social Media Analytics suites (e.G., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Digital Advertising Tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- AI Content & Efficiency: Experience leveraging Generative AI platforms (e.G., ChatGPT;
Gemini, or similar) forcontent creation, research, optimisation and efficiency gains.
- Design/Content Creation (Basic/Intermediate): Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Project Management: Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday, or similar tools.
- Office Suites: Google Workspace.
