We are seeking a Head of Service for an exclusive high-end restaurant located on the beachfront in La Manga del Mar Menor. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to service quality, team management skills, and efficient restaurant operations management.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
o Ensure an unforgettable, high-quality experience for each guest by anticipating their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
o Effectively and professionally resolve any incidents or complaints, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
2. Staff Management:
o Supervise and assign tasks to the service team, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and service staff for optimal service delivery.
o Foster a positive work environment, supporting ongoing training and professional development of team members.
o Recruit and train new staff to maintain a highly skilled team.
3. Administrative Tasks:
o Manage digital tools for scheduling, order management, and inventory control.
o Oversee cash register closures and other administrative operations of the restaurant.
