We are looking for a Support Consultant to oversee the stability and continuous improvement of a telecommunications platform within a high-demand technical environment. You will act as the highest level of technical escalation, collaborating with multiple teams to resolve critical incidents and strengthen operational reliability. This role combines advanced telecom expertise, leadership in support operations, and a proactive approach to system optimization. Responsibilities: Lead the resolution of critical incidents affecting telecommunications services and infrastructure. Analyze recurring technical issues to identify structural weaknesses and propose long-term improvements. Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to implement permanent solutions across the platform. Act as the main technical liaison between end-users, internal teams, and international Tier-1 providers. Optimize Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce MTTR. Create technical documentation, blueprints, and SOPs while mentoring 1st and 2nd level support teams. Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in high-tier technical support within Telecommunications environments such as MVNO or Mobile Core. At least 5 years of experience in support roles within technology companies. Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS systems, provisioning flows, and telecommunications product ecosystems. Professional fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level. Experience leading incident resolution processes and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Strong focus on automation, operational improvement, and system resilience. Benefits: Salary range: Up to 40k Hybrid working model (office-based in Barcelona).
