Description
Lead Global product strategy, marketing and branding for key Cetaphil product ranges.
Design and Develop integrated Global 360 activation toolboxes for key product and commercial innovations, in line with brand equity and strategy.
Lead multi-functional global team throughout product development phases.
Closely partners with key markets to understand and deliver on their needs.
Identify short and long term business opportunities for key product ranges.
Partner closely with scientific team to identify superior formulas and claims to solve consumer unmet needs.
Partner closely with multi-functional commercial team to bring in together complete global toolboxes.
Manages budget and timelines with strong stewardship.

Profile
A successful Global Brand Manager OTC should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in brand management within the Life Science industry. (8-12 years).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance in the Life Science sector is an advantage.
