Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Services Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for IT services across a global organization.
This role will be responsible for driving cost optimization, ensuring service quality, and managing supplier relationships aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience in IT procurement within complex, multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for IT services, including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key categories such as cloud services, software licensing, infrastructure services, cybersecurity, consulting, and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contracts to ensure value, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with IT, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices across regions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead contract lifecycle management and support audits when required.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions.
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and contribute to team development.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 8–10 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on IT services sourcing in multinational companies.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex vendor negotiations and contracts.
- Strong understanding of IT services categories (e.g., SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, telecom, consulting, outsourcing).
- Experience working in international environments with cross-functional teams.
- Solid knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba), and contract management platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, general environment.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- High level of communication skills in English (C1/C2 required).
Spanish is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
