Are you a French-speaking professional with fluency in English and Spanish and 3-5 years of experience in business development roles? Minderest, a top price intelligence software company, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our business footprint in France. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within organizations new to Minderest, focusing on the strategic French market, and establish corporate agreements with international groups based in France and Western Europe.
* Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, supporting their critical priorities and driving rapid sales growth.
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
* Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives and senior managers within assigned territories.
* Convert prospects into active Minderest clients through full sales conversations and negotiations, transitioning new clients to the account management team.
* Drive business growth and demonstrate strong business acumen in a fast-paced tech environment.
* Increase Minderest’s visibility in the French market, where we already serve top omnichannel retailers.
* Create reliable sales forecasts to guide strategic decisions and growth.
* Become an industry expert and take ownership of your territory.
Your Profile
* Fluent in French.
* Proficient in English and Spanish.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably at the enterprise level.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Strong business acumen and ability to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
* Familiarity with MEDDIC consultative selling, go-to-market strategies, and outbound techniques.
* Experience in B2B SaaS and technology sectors.
* Experience in retail environments is highly valued.
* Proficiency with CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and automation workflows.
* Skilled in Google Suite tools.
* Strong active listening and empathy skills.
* Adaptable, receptive to change, detail-oriented, and efficient.
* Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new tools.
