Your Role
At Capgemini, we are expanding our Data & AI team in Madrid and looking for someone with AI Architecture & Delivery experience and a passion for working closely with the business: understanding real problems, proposing solutions, and seeing them implemented.
Responsibilities
* Design scalable architectures for AI systems and autonomous agents.
* Define standards and best practices for AI solution development.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into business processes.
* Evaluate new technologies and frameworks related to Agentic AI.
* Ensure security, ethics, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.
Requirements
* Over 10–12 years of experience working on Consulting / AI / GenAI projects.
* University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
* Proven experience in AI architectures and autonomous agent development.
* Knowledge of LLMs, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Transformers, Google Vertex AI, and similar tools.
* Skills in designing distributed systems and scalability.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management.
